How to treat a throat infection at home:
You can try home remedies after a throat infection to relieve the pain.
- Honey (Shahad)
Honey is probably the best home remedy for throat infection. Honey may have antibacterial and antiviral properties that help relieve cough and cold symptoms. In addition, it has a soothing effect, so it will quickly relieve sore throat. Mix one teaspoon of honey with half a teaspoon of cinnamon before going to bed. This medicine will help clear the airways. Honey and butter can be used with hot fresh ginger paste to relieve sore throat and cough. 6 - Omum (Ajwain)
Ajwain leaves and seeds are used in Indian cooking. Ajwain is used in Indian home remedies for colds and coughs. It may have antibacterial, antioxidant, antifungal, and bronchodilating properties. In addition, it can have an expectorant effect (helps clear nasal mucus and mucus). It can also relieve coughing and sneezing. 6

- Ginger (Adrak)
